Opens when you select Save in the New Work Package <name of work package> window or when you select Work packaging > Installation work packages or Test work packages from the main menu. The Test Work Packages window displays the same fields as the Installation Work Packages.

Create work package button

Opens the Define the new work package window, which allows you to create a new work package.

Mark as completed > Mark as completed

Turn on one or all (top of the column) of the check boxes to mark the work package as completed.

Mark as completed > Export package

Once the work package is compressed and exported, you have the option of opening or saving the file.

Mark as completed > Delete package

After you select Yes in the Delete confirmation window, the work package is deleted.

Mark as completed > Publish zip

Publishes a zip file of the work package.

Mark as completed > Download published

Downloads the zip file of the work package.

Mark as completed > Publish PDF

Creates a PDF file of the work package.

Set properties

Opens the Edit Work Package window, which allows you to change personnel associated with the work package.

Set progress

Opens the Edit Work Package window, which allows you to reset the progress.

Show disciplines

You can see all work packages of the selected activity type (Show all) or you can choose to view the work packages in specific disciplines such as Pipe or Steel. After making your selection, select Refresh list to see just the work packages of the discipline(s) you selected.

Search field

Use the search field to find a specific work package.

Filter row

Allows you to filter each column.

Check box for multiple selection

The check box at the left end of the row allows you to choose multiple work packages for selection. Turn on the check box at the top of the left column to select all work packages.

Title

Displays the name of the document.

Superintendent

Displays the name of the Superintendent.

Discipline

Displays the discipline.

Activity type

Displays the activity type.

Status

Displays the status of the work package (as set in the General Information tab of the New work package - <package type> window).

Baseline estimated hours

Displays the estimated baseline hours needed for the completion of the work package.

Labor estimated hours

Displays the estimated labor hours needed for the completion of the work package.

Progress

Displays the progress (as set in the Tasks tab of the <Title - Description of work package> window).

Plus (+) icon

Select to expand the row and view detailed information about the work package.
